Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Reservandio ("we") processes, why we use it and how you can exercise your rights. It covers this website (reservandio.com), the app (app.reservandio.com) and each business's booking page (business.reservandio.com).

1. Who is responsible

Reservandio is responsible for the data of business accounts and their staff, and for data generated when using this website. For any privacy matter, write to [email protected].

The data of each business's customers (the people who book an appointment) belongs to that business, which is responsible for it. Reservandio processes it on the business's behalf and only to provide the service.

2. What data we process

Businesses and their staff

• The business name, its booking address and its branches' details (name, address, phone, opening hours).
• First name, last name and email of the people who use the app, their role, schedules and absences.
• The services, prices and durations the business sets up.

The businesses' customers

• Name, email, phone number and notes the customer enters when booking or the business records.
• Their bookings: service, date, time, branch and specialist.

Technical data

• IP address and browser details, which we use to protect the service: limiting abusive attempts, detecting bots on public forms and protecting sign-in.
• The app's technical logs (which operation ran, when, whether it failed and its reference number), which include internal ids of the business and the person, never passwords.
• On this website, aggregated, cookieless visit statistics (pages viewed and button clicks) that cannot identify you.

When you write to us

• If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, your name, your email address or phone number and what you write. We use them to reply and, if you are interested, to help you get started with Reservandio.

3. What we use it for

To provide the service, which is what we need for it to work:

• Creating and managing each business's accounts, branches, services, staff and schedule.
• Taking and managing bookings, and alerting staff to bookings, cancellations and changes.
• Sending account emails: email confirmation, team invitations and password recovery.
• Keeping the service secure, preventing abuse and answering support requests.

And also to:

• Analyse how the website and the app are used, in aggregate, to improve them.
• Inform registered businesses about Reservandio's news and products. You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to [email protected]; it does not affect your use of the service.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only with providers who help us run the service and process the data on our instructions:

• Cloudflare (Turnstile): bot checks on registration and on booking pages.
• Resend: delivery of account emails.
• Grafana Labs (Grafana Cloud): storage of technical logs and metrics to operate the service.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to write to us that way; the conversation is also subject to its terms.
• The server provider that runs Reservandio.

Some of these providers may store data outside your country. We may also share data when a competent authority requires it under the law.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This website uses no cookies. The app uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in and stores your language and the business you chose in your browser. We use no advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep it

• Account and schedule data, for as long as the business keeps its account.
• Registrations whose email is not confirmed are deleted after 48 hours.
• App notifications are deleted after 90 days.
• Technical logs are kept for about 14 days.

7. Your rights

You can access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use for purposes that are not necessary and withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] with your name, your account email and your request. If you are a customer of a business, you can also contact that business directly.

8. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date and, for important changes, let registered businesses know.
