These terms govern the use of Reservandio: this website, the app at app.reservandio.com and the businesses' booking pages. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

Reservandio is a tool for service businesses to manage their schedule and take bookings online: their own booking page, a team calendar, branches, services, schedules, roles and alerts. It is currently offered free of charge. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change significantly affects the service, we will give reasonable notice.

2. Accounts

  • Whoever registers the business must give truthful information and confirm their email address.
  • The business owner decides who is part of their team and with which role, and is responsible for how their team uses the service.
  • Everyone must keep their password secret and tell us if they suspect unauthorised use.

3. The business's responsibilities

  • The business is responsible for its customers' data: it must have the right to process it, tell its customers how it is used and handle their requests. Reservandio processes it on the business's behalf, as described in the privacy notice.
  • The business is responsible for what it publishes on its booking page and for serving the bookings it accepts.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the service for illegal or deceptive activities, or to send unsolicited communications.
  • Try to access other businesses' data, get around access or security controls, or overload the service.
  • Create fake or automated bookings.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted, for example for maintenance. We recommend keeping your own copies of information that matters to your business.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Reservandio is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damages arising from service interruptions, missed appointments or the way the business or its customers use the service.

7. Ending the service

You can stop using Reservandio whenever you like and ask us to delete your business's account by writing to [email protected]. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. For important changes we will let registered businesses know before they take effect.
